chussain saidAs a person who purchases music legally for my clients videos, I can assure you this is extremely frustrating and would lead me to stop purchasing from anyone making these claims. I just discovered my client has 15 videos that have content ID claims, all of which are running ads and generating income for an individual who has already been compensated for their track. I have no problem proving I have a license, but I should be given a reasonable time period to prove I purchased the music, before my client has ads placed on their ads. I believe you should be protected as a stock licensed creator and I’m sure it is frustrating to have your music illegally used, but hurting your paying customers isn’t the solution. I would reconsider this service. As soon as I discover which songs and creators have signed up for AdRevI will make note to never purchase their music again.
That’s why I choose not to put my music in AdRev retroactively; I do think AudioJungle should have prohibited that.
Otherwise, the new feature and the clear sentences as suggested by AudioJungle are the way to go, and buyers have to accept it!
