-How much does it cost to register with AdREv
-Who is paying you for your songs than?
-They are not getting money from people who already purchased your music?
-If not than from whom they draw money to pay registered members?

Almost true, because some licensors don’t care to remove AdRev claims from their Youtube videos. So in effect, AdRev will collect from your trusted AJ buyers as well, until they (or you) present proof of a valid licence.
