I was looking for the AdRev claim clearance form and could not find it. At the link we’ve been using for all these years, there is now a standard contact form for prospective customers.
As the claim clearance form been moved somewhere else? Has it been scrapped altogether?
Where can AJ buyers go to have their AdRev claims cleared?
Envato’s Help section is now providing outdated info with a link that is no longer pertinent. Do authors registered with AdRev have the answer as to whether the form still exists and its current location?
The info needs to be updated.
In the case the form no longer exists, the implications should be debated.
