I am looking for a creative and talented web developer (designer) to help me to customise an admin template from themeforest:

I have wireframes / designs of how the dashboard should look
70%-80% of the elements are already in the dashboard, i just need someone to put together the we need elements, the rest is has to be created by the developer. I will give more details in the interview about the job.
