Hello. Im a newbie. Silly question: If i buy the adforest classifieds theme for weband the apps, does it include the source code required to make changes and customize? Or is it simply a workable semi-customizeable template?

yes, if you buy the wordpress theme then you will get full source code of the theme. If you are familiar with wordpress then you can customize as you need. Also you will get a documentation about how to use the theme and theme user guide. Also you will get 6 month theme Author support (according to Envato support policy) if you need any help but support not included customization.
