add tutorial video for my project

it’s my first project, i wan to now if i can upload my project and after it will be accepted i add my tutorial video
it is possible ?

The project must be 100% finished before submitting for review, including all help files, documentation, and/or tutorial videos. Otherwise, it will be rejected. Hope that helps!
