Months ago I purchased Active Workdesk CMS. They tell me that they don’t give me any more support because I made some changes… I wonder, changing the logo, changing some icons and correcting origin problems, does it give them the right to not give me more support?
The code has tons of bugs, and when you buy and install it, as you test it, all the bugs show up. I do not want a refund, because the product is good, but it has errors that can be corrected.
They are very stubborn and never listen; they are important errors that do not allow the good performance of the site.
