I have a problem with a theme activation code which refuses me because it tells me that the theme is already used on another url. This url is no longer current and the installed theme is no longer the same.
When I try to send a ticket request I get a response telling me that my session has expired and that I need to get another license key.
Why take another key when my key is valid but on a domain name which no longer has anything to do with it.

The license is for one end product. When you activate the license on a domain, it usually ties with the purchase code. Even if you decide to not to use it or change the domain, you’d need to purchase a new code.
Although, some authors are okay to change the license for the new domain but it’s usually authors’ choice. If they ask you to purchase a new code, you’d need to purchase a new one.
