Hi everyone, today someone bought an item of mine then he emailed me saying that his account has been suspended and he asked for the item. I, unfortunately, sent him the item and now he asked for a refund, I contacted the support. I keep receiving these emails form this address " do-not-reply@market.envato.com", here are some of them
