Account suspension

Hi everyone, today someone bought an item of mine then he emailed me saying that his account has been suspended and he asked for the item. I, unfortunately, sent him the item and now he asked for a refund, I contacted the support. I keep receiving these emails form this address " do-not-reply@market.envato.com", here are some of them

In that form they even ask for my password, so guys what do you think?

That definetely looks like scam, do not enter any password there, the email is not from Envato as you can see (bad English, CAPS letters, etc)

100% Scam! Envato has bold and bulletproof refund rules as seen here.

If you don’t give a refund and the buyer is entitled to receive one, they will give it on your behalf. They will not suspend your account for something like this unless some really extreme dispute happens between you and the buyer where your attitude is completely out of place.

I’m pretty sure that’s a scammer trying to take hold of your account. Report it to Envato immediately!
