I just have a little issue i don’t know if this is the right place for my issue to be addressed but since you are a moderator i will have a go. My account has been removed from envato and i have lost every theme i have purchased. I noticed this when i tried setting up an account for my Boss. Is this in anyway related to me being in Africa? I thought I would try opening my account to prove to him there must be something wrong but all i got was this error:

I did that and i was told upon investigation my acount had been removed and i would not be accepted? Can you please fix this or look into this for me or connect me with someone who can assist. My email is fracidogh@gmail.com
