Hello Guys, I accidentally deposit some amount from my Paypal to Envato, Now after contacting support, They refused to refund the amount, I explained them, That I did that accidentally. By the way all the amount was in my Envato account, Plus some balance from earning on Graphic River, I filed Dispute on Paypal, Now my account is locked on Envato without any notification.
What should, I do, I loose my account, Hard earned Balance and Deposit ?
