Account Locked?

What’s happening here?

First we saw that our all queued items are labeled with Special Circumstance and now our account is locked ? Why? Any reason and also we did not received any official email from enavto? :expressionless:

We have 49 audiojungle items and many clients please review our account fast is this is any mistake ?
