Account locked. WHY?!

  1. How in the world does a company this large not have live chat
  2. Why is my ACCOUNT LOCKED??? I literally have a deadline for a client and and I cannot download the theme I bought… 12 seconds after buying it.

UNACCEPTABLE.

I am having the same exact issue. I just purchased a theme, downloaded it, went back to get my purchase code and the account is LOCKED. I need to get help ASAP.

Please follow instructions in that article shared above. There’s a link for submitting a request and once you submitting request Envato Customer success team will check that and reply. That’s the only way to get help quickly.
