I have created this account and purchased a theme yesterday. My web developer logged in from a separate system and purchased the theme. It became downloadable, but now my account is suddenly blocked for an unknown reason. I am also unable to use the theme I purchased yesterday! Can someone help me in recovering the account or is there a way to request for refund?
Sharing logins is against T&Cs and if there were multiple logins from different IP then it’s just a security step.

Actually, they were not accepting payment from my banks, so I had to share the login details to purchase the theme. It actually rejected two cards, and so I just shared the details with my developer.
