Account Locked Please Help

My account has been locked after I made a purchase for $1000.

“It looks like you’re currently locked out of your account. You’ll need to contact our support team to unlock it.”

I contacted support and all I got back was:

"Thanks for reaching out, my name is Pau from the Envato Customer Success Team.

I understand how frustrating it is when you don’t have access to your account, but don’t worry we are happy to help! I will forward this to one of my colleagues so we can look into it and get in touch with you as soon as possible."

What am I supposed to do? Was I just scammed for $1000???

Please keep patience. Support team will check it for you and will get back to you as quickly they can.


Every other person that has posted about this exact same issue seems to be saying they have waited weeks and months without a response

Don’t worry! they will definitely reply you and will tell you about your account. Just you should keep patience.

they will reply as quickly they. It can be 3 to 5 business days.

What is happening with Envato? I periodically buy themes from them, but its saying that my account is locked and your customer support says that they will not fix it without indicating why not? You guys are certainly not from U.S., Canada or U.K. We are used to getting responsive service and certainly not blocked from accounts for no justifiable reason. How can one get to supervisory staff or department heads, if there is such a thing there?
