This is my second time that account was locked, this is has happened to my other account and same case, happened when i am trying to make a payment. I have to create this account just to continue to do my project and now its happened again. did not get a satisfied answer from the last issue.
Creating another account is not the solution. Searching through the forum and it seems a very frequent issue.
this is to this mean your payment is not right.
How come is not right? This is not the first time i make a purchase thru tf and it is the same payment method and card used.
