I just paid for the theme and the next message I get is Account Locked. Please help!

It’s been a whole day and I haven’t heard anything from the support.

Sorry. It’s marked Urgent but they will still have to process it along with the other urgent tickets. Hopefully they will get to it quickly.

Hi… could you arrange for the whole deal to be cancelled and not charge my account at all. I would like to get started with my project. I don’t want the theme.
