There is problem that I can’t access to my account.
The error message is : “Sorry, it looks like you’re currently locked out of your account. Please contact Envato Support for more details.”
any suggestion for me to get my account returned.

I already submit request but envato don’t reply me, my issue.
When did you contact them? It can take time, depending on how many requests that they have. As far as I know, the only way you’re going to get your account unlocked is by contacting them. Just be patient and I’m sure they will get to you soon.
I was contact them 2 hours ago.
