Account disabled without solving my refund request!
I do not know what kind of behavior it is! I am a buyer, why disabled my account without solving my problem?
There may be some other reasons why your account is disabled. If it’s a new account, either you may be logging in/trying to purchase the item from the countries those on the blacklisted or the credit number is already blacklisted.
At any case, you can drop an email to Envato support but if it’s the first case, refund process probably already started, it just takes couple of days to perform the chargeback.
