Accont blocked , support not unblocking

I am user from many years and suddenly few months back after purchase they blocked my account , and now I am chasing them to unblock my account , they saying we can’t re-unable account and not telling me the resons. this is not really the way to deal with customers . You should notify the customer before blocking account if something wrong happening in the account. also if you blocked you should tell what terms happen wrong. this is very disappointed without any reason they blocked the account.
can anyone help. or faced similer things.
