Accidentally signed up for ANNUAL instead of MONTHLY

Oh no! I have accidentally purchased an ANNUAL plan rather than a MONTHLY plan. Please help! I need to change my plan. I cannot afford $200 right now in this COVID situation. I am so angry at myself for assuming it was set to monthly, when it was actually automatically set to annual. I feel tricked and misled. What do I do?
