Hi, I am a freelancer and a videohive author as well. My client gave me his videohive account details and told me to download the files he just purchased directly from videohive.
But i am unable to access his account. I have the his user ID and password. When i enter his detals videohive says its not your correct detal. How can i access his account ? Please help.
Try to clear cookies or incognito mode in your browser.
Also check license before using files he purchased. Some licenses allow using the file only on one project.
Iām not sure accessing his acocunt with or without permission is actually allowed
