Looks good but all the yellow/orange light in your scene reduce the contrast between the background and models. You can try to change the neon color to blue or purple (steampunk style) and add a color accent as rim light on your models and title.

Also you can add some details under the neon and to title like cables, electrical connectors, a little rust. You can do the “X” a little bit larger and bright.
