Hello folks, i have a question about acceptable rendering time. I’m developing an AE project, duration: 30 seconds / rendering time: 6 hours. In your opinion, remembering that in this project has lots of effects, it’s ok for buyers this rendering time?
With projects that are very render intensive, it’s always best to be very clear and upfront with your customers about excessive render times. I’ve created projects in the past that required several hours to render, and always put something in the item description like:
“Due to the advanced techniques and professional effects that this template uses, render times may take several hours depending on your computer’s performance capabilities.”
That way, if a customer complains about the render time and then requests a refund, you can always show that you were very clear about the potential performance issues.
