Hello,

I am not sure how to get support so I am writing here for help.
I tried to connect with the support for the Academic - Education WordPress Theme from Codeixer, without response.
Very poor documentation.

How can I have help from the support?
It is delaying my project because I don’t have support response.

Will appreciate any help.

How long ago did you try to contact them?

Was it through their support page https://www.codeixer.com/contact-us/?

@codeixer seems to reply quite quickly to item comments otherwise

I sent one the day before yesterday and one yesterday.

I click on the button - Go to item support
