Our website is showing the error message as above;
If we start upgrading the plugin to new one, will there be any loss of content or any changes in the content??

you can safely switch to Envato Market, there will not be any changes in the content. The website content will not be affected.
But if I remember correctly, the Envato Toolkit plugin creates some themes backup during updates, so the best option is to always make a backup of your website before changing some important in it.
You can backup your website using a backup plugin or if you contact your web hosting provider to make sure they have a recent backup of your website.
