Does all theme has to have blog page ?
My Theme has index, header, footer, functions , page.php and style css. is it enough ? if not, what shall i add?

Your need make a blog for wordpress and also all pages for example about us, pricing, etc.

no need about, etc make as blog but make like page pull apart link navigation “blog” you can make blog, do you understand me? sorry my bad english.
So definition is blog for envato is just some posts which can be created by admin, as i understood.

Yes, you need make blog, comment, posts, etc all but if you not make blog, comments, etc themeforest will hard rejected.
