About download demo contents

Hi, I want to download the demo contents for this theme.

How can I download these file in WordPress? From Plugin update area or theme update area?

you can do it from here:
wp-admin: Tools => Import
there at last option you will see: WordPress and Install option of the wordpress import plugin.

Install and continue import.

Also check the theme documentation hopefully you will get necessary support.
