How to win the badge Copyright Ninja ?

I wanted to know that too.
I already sent a support ticket to envato team telling them that are some of my templates beeing available for free and I sent them the links.
But after that I didn’t received the badge and the template still available to download for free.
Anyone there that can give some tips?
I got this badge when I got to know that someone is selling one of my html template after changing the logo and images. I contacted the website owner where it was selling and got it removed it from there and reported Envato team. Couple of months later I got the badge itself.
