AA-Team is looking to take on board a motivated Customer Support Specialist with mid level HTML/CSS / Experience with php programming. We need someone that will work 2-3 hours a day max, weekend included.
If you have:
- Excellent ENGLISH skills (written ).
- Debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome Developer Tools or similar tool for web
development. - Ability to identify, analyze and interpret customer issues.
- Medium level knowledge of WordPress: ability to use, install plugins and themes.
- Mid level - PHP, HTML- CSS
- Previous customer support experience

As a Customer Support Specialist you will be in charge of…
- Providing customer support for customers from across the world.
- Resolving effectively and in a timely manner the incoming tickets (via our own support system) to build customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Performing settings check on the customers’ plugin and theme;
- Providing fixes for customers on their installs.
