Today morning I shocked that one buyer left a negative feedback on my item. I am selling that item from last 11 months and 15 days. The weird thing is he have not contacted me single time and left negative feedback within 3 hours of purchase. I don’t have his email address to contact him. I am extremely dedicated for customer support still I get that feedback so feeling shocked. Is there any way to write him ?

I got same situation from a buyer (maybe a him), just bought and rated within 30 minutes.
Then you know what, that one just disappeared then.
I did contact support team, they help me to contact him via his email but still got no response.
End of it. There is no way to contact and no way to remove the rating (as support officer said that it is valid for their experienece within 30mins, no offensive language…).
Try to contact support team if they can help, if no, sorry just leave it.
Sometimes you will meet this guy in some corner of this earth
It’s a truth that competitors sometimes purchase the items and rate with one star. Maybe this is one of the case but contact support, send the link for the documentation and ask for removal of the comment
