I am seriously giving up.
I’ve just been working for about a month in a slideshow project for videohive.
Just received the feedback saying it was rejected because there are to much slideshows and My design is bad.
I just don’t wan’t to spend another month working on something else to receive the same treatment.
On the other hand what you think and what should I do to make it valiable to their big standards?
I don’t have any experience with submitting to VideoHive, but I think that looks very nice!
Anytime you’re building a template you’re going to spend a ton of time on it. I’ve built both Themes and Plugins for sale on Envato and they always take a long time. It can be extremely frustrating when getting rejected but you can either try and make some tweaks or attempt to sell your file elsewhere. It sounds like VideoHive may be pretty saturated with a specific type of file and there’s not much you can do about that scenario.
I definitely wouldn’t give up on this project, though. It does look pretty nice, so hopefully you can convert it to sales either on Envato, some other stock site, or even your own site. Good luck!
Thanks I was starting to think the reason was really for it being bad… They say there are too much of these but today they accepted at least 4 of this 
Here’s exactly what they said:
“We receive a lot of Slideshow themed animations, therefore we’re very strict when reviewing these kinds of projects. Because there is so much competition and saturation in the Slideshow category, we only accept projects that we feel provide exceptional quality in both design and execution. Unfortunately, this project does not meet our high standards for this variety of template.”
Hi, need more work my friend… Your animation is very basic. As reviewer said: “there are to much slideshows”. Is not always the time we spend for a project. Even you work for 3 or 6 months, reviewers need to accept your project just because the timeline was 3 or 6 months? Need practice every day… Good luck!
I am themeforest author and we understand this frustrating things, but think beyond that which is the incomes that you can make with this item… We always get bad feelings with hard rejects messages, but taking a little rest and try more and more as we did (( we were trying for a year and more when we started)) then you will do it… Take it as a challange
