The basic layout looks OK, but you’ve got work to do on the typography and improving the overall appearance. Typography has problems with spacing, alignment and there is a bit of a lack of visual hierarchy. Text has to be precise, it looks messy if you don’t align and space it properly. (Use a grid or guides.) With the graphics, it’s just a bit simple and under-worked.
