Not quite. If what you say is true (and I have no reason to doubt you), then you need to register as a company to be able to sell on this kind of marketplace, not to fill out the form. The only requirement when filling in the W8 is that all of the information provided is accurate, but there’s no need to register as a company to fill it out. Aside from a few other details, all the IRS (and Envato) really want to know… is which country you live in and what your tax ID number is, so they can apply the appropriate rate.
