Have emailed support but no replies

Try to get in touch with support to have your issue as resolved

I have emailed a few times over past few days and not even a confirmation they will get back to me.

I am happy to give access the server if needed. but need this sorted as soon as possible, i last purchase a news script here and had no problem with install.

some of the script works as it in installed, but clicking on a profile among other link throws this database error, also had an ajax pop up error when viewing image gallery from member account.

hoping for a fix soon :slight_smile:

This issue is caused by a setting in your mysql.ini file. This issue normally pops up when using WAMP setups due to the default mysql configuration but sometimes on other web hosts. To fix it, try the following:

  1. This is caused by the STRICT_TRANS_TABLES SQL mode defined in the %PROGRAMDATA%\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.6\my.ini file. Removing that setting and restarting MySQL should fix the problem. Look for:

sql_mode = “STRICT_TRANS_TABLE”

And remove that setting. You may have multiple settings in this field, but just remove the STRICT_TRANS_TABLE setting and it should fix your issue.

  1. Other resources: See https://www.farbeyondcode.com/Solution-for-MariaDB-Field--xxx--doesn-t-have-a-default-value-5-2720.html

  2. If editing that file doesn’t fix the issue, see http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/option-files.html for other possible locations of config files.

Replied :slight_smile: hopefully this will work

If you have emailed them multiple times then i think the support team is not trying to help you out for any other reason ?

As you have said some modules worked for you so with the one which is having a malfunctioning please check out & look if it’s conflicting with any of the code or script then have it rectified from the support team.

As with the rest if they still don’t provide any support or help then i can provide you some paid support for the work
