A buyer left an unfair review! How to be?

Hello everyone! I had an unpleasant situation the other day. One of my customers left one star for not being able to open the project file.
Of course, the first thing I did was check everything and it turned out that everything was in order. Which is not surprising to me, because all projects are checked before being approved. And also the absence of complaints from other buyers, says that the problem was on the client’s side.

In this situation, it is very unpleasant that the person did not even try to contact me to clarify or solve his problem. Not convinced that this problem may be related to his software, he left a negative review, which is fundamentally unfair.

I would like to know the opinion of what to do in this case and whether it is possible to appeal it? Thanks!

I had a similar situation, you can open a ticket and explain this to the support team if they found that the customer isn’t responding to your solution or you are trying to help him but he keeps not responding in order to get a refund for no reasons, then the support team will delete the review.
