8Theme will not reset my license that i have never used

I purchased the xstore theme from codecanyon designed by 8theme and they refuse to reset the code i cant even request a reset because my support expired

Why do you need to reset it, if it has not been used?

it was installed to used on a site but that site ended up being canceled…
