We have submitted new item for reviewing 26 days ago, but have not received feedback on this. So is it normal?
Yes. The average review time over the last 7 days is 23 days so I wouldn’t say 26 days is abnormal.
Also, it’s impossible for you to “get lost in queue” so you WILL be reviewed, don’t worry.
