It’s been over two days since I made my last ftp upload and the whole batch is still processing
Over to days hours for a batch of 13 images!? What can I / we do?

Thanks for raising this issue and sorry for taking so long to get back to you.
We are currently experiencing longer than usual delays processing our ftp uploads. The jobs are still being processed in the queue and we’re working really hard to get things moving quickly again soon!
