Why 2 PSD files – 4x4” CMYK + 1080×1080 RGB Social Media? Could the client edit the CMYK PSD then export to web @ 1080x1080 which would be Social Media ready?
not all clients can do that. if you can… provide both types of specifications/file formats
I thought that if the client has Photoshop which is required to open the PSD everyone can edit–save–export to web, or I could be wrong.

you are right…but if we include the alternative in fact there is more value in the eyes of the client…to be honest I haven’t been able to do that yet

Yup, it seems that not all writers here put forward idealism. Increase sales by crushing prices. Maybe what’s wrong is that they set a minimum price limit.
But there are some clients who don’t care about the price, they buy because they need it.
