Your $2.00 handling fee makes you seem very cheap and a poor way to greet potential customers… I pass on this purchase and will continue to use the version provided with my theme until I decide on a better alternative.

And there’s now no more option to avoid it. Envato have just made it really difficult for me to continue to use them. Recommendations are definitely not going to continue.
This is 2018, a handling fee for digital downloads upon checkout is the lamest thing I have seen in a loooong time. Bad form, @envato.
