1st song accepted - the one I didn't expect!

Hi All,

New AJ member here. After submitting a number of tracks that were all hard rejected, I’m extremely happy to have finally gotten my 1st track approved after having made some revisions!

What’s even more surprising is that while all of my other tracks that were rejected were written specifically with commercial purposes in mind, this track was a moody/melancholy track more along the lines of what I typically write/enjoy listening to. Very surprised when it was accepted over the others - perhaps it shows I should stick with what I know and do best! :wink:

A quick thanks also to everyone on this forum. I have mainly been a lurker thus far but have obtained a ton of useful information from all of you from reading a lot of posts and recommendations for authors!

I’m freshly inspired to write the next one!
