How we know they are item downloaded or not ? Where we required to go and validate ? can any one help ?
No item has not be downloaded. But how i know buyer downloaded or not ? why refund request after 11 month ? Why there is no any restriction ?
The official refund policy states that you are entitled to a refund within 3 months if you have not downloaded the item. You are within your rights to decline that refund request. You can give the buyer this link to the relevant refund policy:
What should i do ?
From that screenshot, the buyer has not downloaded your item and they do not have your files. So what do you want to do? You can either decline it or accept it. Both are valid choices here.
