Hi, it’s been 10 days since I uploaded my item for review. Is there something going on with GraphicRiver that I might not know?

Review times are determined by a lot of factors, such as the number of submissions in the queue before yours, the number of reviewers currently active in the category you submitted to, the amount of time spent reviewing each item, etc.
Though don’t worry, your item WILL be reviewed. As far as I know, there’s no way for them to simply skip over your submission. Sometimes an item will need additional review time for a variety of reasons, but in that case, you are usually notified.
Since your item hasn’t been reviewed, that’s probably because they just haven’t reached it in the queue yet. There have definitely been longer and shorter times.
Thanks for clearing this up, i was gonna make a new post until i saw this, i have a couple of things that are on 11 days at the mo, thought something was up lol
