Hi, i have a plugin but without support because i dont have the time to give a perfect support. I get bad ratings for my plugin because of support. But there say that i dont give support. Is there a way to remove the support based 1 star ratings?
Ratings that are unjustified will get removed by Envato. Simply send a message to Envato Help and Support and they’ll get it solved for you! 
Please note: Only if they are unjustified. Valid opinions about the buyers experience will not be removed.
