Today i tried to take money via ATM machine.My payoneer card balance if 32.05$.
After i try with many bank ATM Machine.i am in sri lanka.
This is a my exchange rate 1$ = 111.62 LKR.
After Exchange rate 32.05$ = 3577LKR
I inserted card after i requested 3000LKR amount.but ATM machine appeared message,not enough your current balance.After i checked balance when balance 3544LKR.
But amazing really balance enough.After i requested 2500LKR.
Same Message Came not enough Current balance.
After again i checked balance, With out withdrawal money it is a Automatically reduce amount.When new balance 2260LKR.After i applied 200LKR.Ii received amount.
After i went to another bank ATM machine same problem.Later i withdrawal 300LKR.
After i checked balance.i cant understand New balance 535LKR.
Some bank ATM machine Appear message this company not registered.
My Account balance 32.05$ only( After reduce payoneer card deductions )
But i withdrawal only 5$.other amount lost me.
Now My balance 0.97$ only.
This is my first time withdrawal in videohive but i lost my money & …
Finlay i like to declare payoneer card not working properly My country ATM Machine.

I must to stay till 500$ my balance.it is a problem.
if i applied 500$ via moneybookers how much charge commission for Sri lanka.
I need wire transfer to my bank account.
Personally, I use Moneybookers. For each transfer to my debit card I pay 2 dollars and some cents. Then I receive money in a cash dispense which belongs to bank where I got a plastic card. Thus, lost only about 3 dollars.
Why you bank card not valid to moneybookers? I have had problems with Visa Electron, but I did Visa Classic (dollar account) and everything works fine. (I saved up until the profit amounted to $ 500)
because everytime you send the “Check Balance” request, the atm on your country requests the info from the payoneer provider.
Btw, this happens with every bank and every card, especially if the ATM doesn’t belong with the same Bank.
I learned this the hard time in Malaysia when visiting.
My Chase card (after I check the statements in the end of the month), displays several consecutive US$1.50 charges… the total is nauseating… more than US$ 50 lost on fees (I was in Malaysia, then Singapore, then Indonesia)
when I called them, they said the requests I made inserting the card and asking for a balance info on local bank’s ATMs incurs a fee… oh boy…
Lesson learned… (check your bank balance ONLINE) and when you need to use an ATM in a foreign country, get in their Bank building and ask for a maximum withdrawal amount (with their fees, add your bank’s fees and deduct the fees from the actual amount you’re withdrawing)
other choice is to use Paypal, which have the lowest fees from all other online paying solution…the drawback being it doesn’t work everywhere…
